Shipping Method
All products will be shipped out via UPS Ground or Air. For rates, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in the ship-to page with your information, and click "Continue". On the next page, the shipping options and rates will be displayed in a drop down list. You are under no obligation to purchase and the information you fill in on the address page is not stored on our server unless you complete your purchase.

Returns Policy
johnnie-O will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange (Sorry- final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.). johnnie-O does its best to ensure that all products are free of manufacturing defects, though if one were to occur, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges at no charge. When purchased on the johnnie-O website, all returns must be accompanied by original receipt or mail order packing slip. johnnie-O will not be responsible for exchanging retail store purchases.
