DESCRIPTION: johnnie-O is seeking a Marketing Production Artist / Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
As johnnie-O takes the brand to the next level of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Production Artist / Coordinator who lives to create and produce great work. The Marketing Production Artist / Coordinator will be charged with creative asset production and delivery, ownership of the photo library, sample management, and coordination of photo shoots. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history in handling multiple projects in production, experience with eCommerce photo shoots, and using adobe creative suite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Work closely with the Art Director to produce, organize and deliver all creative assets.
  •  Manage marketing samples and inventory per season to support photo shoots and press requests.
  •  Prepare seasonal studio and lifestyle shoots including the shot list, organizing photographers, retouchers, sample coordinators, and stylists to ensure timely flow of photo shoots.
  •  Responsible for prep of seasonal studio and lifestyle imagery and delivery to various platforms.
  •  Manage the photo library with accuracy and consistency.
  •  Ensure seamless process for all marketing needs.
  •  Collaborate on concepts for seasonal brand stories and campaigns.
  •  Learn process for digital & print branding by photo editing assets for all photography including e-commerce product, lifestyle photos, layout design.
  •  Manage production for digital and print media.
  •  Support the marketing/e-commerce with deliverables per season.
  •  Be apart of team culture with delivering on time.
Requirements:
  •  The ideal candidate is detail oriented and inspired to be keep brand consistency.
  •  Must be highly organized, able to take direction, and work independently.
  •  Must be a team player with positive, can-do attitude, especially during deadlines.
  •  Eye for graphic design layout and photography for all collateral.
  •  Exceptional work ethic to meet deadlines.
  •  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a professional manner.
  •  Must have proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, provide a high level of attention to detail, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Inspired to be apart of rapid growing So Cal men’s apparel brand.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  •  Associates or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or Fashion preferred.  
  •  2 years professional work experience in marketing production or graphic design department, working on photo shoots.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture 1 and Indesign) experienced required.
  •  Proficient with MS Office Excel and Google live documents.

POSITION SUMMARY //
This position reports to the johnnie-O Head of Marketing and is responsible for assisting in the daily coordination of marketing activities ranging from events, influencer programs, social media support to research, photo shoots and our campus rep program. Success is measured by supporting the creation and activation of marketing assets that will help drive awareness and acquisition. You will help execute the tactics that drive success including (though not limited to) events, social media pushes, influencer engagement efforts, research, awareness campaigns and promotions. Requirements for this position include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES //
  •  Assist in the development and execution of the johnnie-O campus recruitment strategy and program
  •  Assist in creation and execution of campus rep onboarding process and training
  •  Help to execute campus rep bonus structure tied to awareness, usage and sales results
  •  Assist in the creation of effective campus materials for on-campus reps and consumer events
  •  Help in influencer outreach and engagement programs
  •  Research and share best practices by campus reps and competitive brands
  •  Execute support for prospective and current program participants
  •  Assist in program analysis and additional projects with the Marketing team

JOB REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS //
  •  1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with program or project management and sales experience
  •  Some experience in the fashion/apparel space
  •  Proficient inWord, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop
  •  Education: BS/BA degree.

  •  Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  •  Excellent analytical skills including basic excel
  •  Outstanding natural leadership skills

Time commitment/compensation: 20-25 hours per week, $12/hr
