JOHNNIE-O WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY FULL PRICE UNWORN, UNWASHED MERCHANDISE FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. JOHNNIE-O WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MERCHANDISE FROM THIRD PARTY RETAILORS (UNLESS PURCHASED AT A JOHNNIE-O STORE).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE:
- Please download and fill out our returns and exchanges form found here: FORM. Please be sure to include this in your return package.
- For exchange items, please indicate the new items you are requesting on the bottom of the exchange form as well as the best shipping address.
- Please print a pre-paid UPS label HERE
- If you would like to keep track of your return package, please be sure to note the tracking number on the UPS label.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GIFT:
- If you are sending back items you received as a gift and do not have the original packing slip, please include the name of the gift giver. The purchaser will not be notified about your return or exchange unless requested. Items can be exchanged for value of items at purchase or can be returned for a gift card.
RETURNING SALE PRICE MERCHANDISE:
- All goods marked as ‘final sale’ will not be eligible for a return
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
- We honor a one-time price adjustment within one week of the purchase date
- Promotions, flash-sales, friends & family, and end of season sale will be excluded from price adjustments.
