We are looking for an entry-level UX/UI Designer to support our eCommerce design team across web, mobile, and digital shopping experiences. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their design career, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the UX/UI space.

The candidate does not need to be an expert, but should have a basic understanding of Figma, a strong eye for layout and detail, and a willingness to learn. This person will work closely alongside the lead UX/UI designer and will receive hands-on training across real eCommerce design projects.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, coachable, and excited to grow into a strong UX/UI designer. We are looking for someone with a good design foundation, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn by working directly on real projects.

This is a great role for someone looking to begin their career in UX/UI design and gain practical experience in the eCommerce space.

What You’ll Do 

• Assist with simple UX/UI design challenges across eCommerce experiences.
• Support updates to key landing pages, homepage layouts, and digital shopping experiences.
• Help crop, format, and prepare imagery for web and mobile use.
• Assist with building and maintaining digital catalog experiences, especially for mobile.
• Work in Figma to help create, update, and organize design files.
• Support design production needs across web pages, product storytelling, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure digital experiences feel clean, consistent, and on-brand.
• Learn UX/UI best practices through hands-on projects, feedback, and mentorship.
• Help QA designs and live pages for visual consistency, spacing, alignment, and usability.
• Other duties, as assigned 

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge of Figma is preferred.
• Interest in UX/UI design, eCommerce, web design, or mobile design.
• Strong attention to detail and visual organization.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply design direction.
• Comfortable working on repetitive production tasks while also learning larger UX/UI concepts.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, image usage, and responsive design is a plus.
• No advanced UX/UI experience required — training will be provided.
• Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns.
• Experience with image cropping, asset preparation, or digital content updates.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce websites, landing pages, product pages, or homepage layouts.
• Interest in user experience, conversion-focused design, and digital merchandising.
